Greta Joined the Feurer Companies in 2005. She coordinated walk-throughs, inspections, and appraisals for 3900 N Pine Grove, The Coronado development.
She managed our CRF Marketing trade show booths for the 2006 Chicago Trump Show and the New Orleans NarDi Gras Show for The National Association of Realtors.
In October of 2006, Greta was appointed project manager for 21 Kristin Drive in Schaumburg . Her duties include but are not limited to collecting contracts and earnest money. Depositing earnest money and record keeping. She works with agents, lenders and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process, and addressing issues with potential buyers and tenants. |

Kapur graduated from Columbia College with a BFA in Graphic Design, and during his studies he became aquainted with the vibrerant theatre and music communities in Chicago. He immediately began working as a graphic designer for various established and up-and-coming theatre groups and musical acts in the Chicagoland area, earning him the reputation of a versatile designer.
Kapur has also exhibited graphic design as fine art in a number of art galleries in Chicago including an exhibition for the 2006 emerging artists show at the prestegious Las Manos Gallery.
